本《用户协议》（以下简称“本协议”）由 Hanzhihantalk Co., Ltd.（以下简称“韩知韩语”“我们”）与您（以下简称“用户”或“您”）共同订立。
本协议适用于您访问、下载、注册、登录及使用韩知韩语移动应用程序、官方网站及相关服务（以下统称“本服务”）。
请您在使用本服务前认真阅读本协议。注册账号、登录、购买课程或继续使用本服务，即表示您已阅读、理解并同意接受本协议的全部内容。
第一条 关于韩知韩语
韩知韩语（Hanzhi Korean）是一个国际韩语学习平台，致力于为全球学习者提供高质量的韩语教育服务。
目前提供的主要服务包括：
韩国母语教师一对一在线视频课程；
新人体验课；
韩中词典；
在线学习相关服务；
客户支持服务；
未来，我们可能根据产品发展增加新的学习功能和教育服务。
第二条 用户资格
您应当具有适用法律规定的完全民事行为能力，能够依法签订具有法律约束力的协议。
如您属于依法需要监护人同意方可使用本服务的未成年人，应当在监护人阅读并同意本协议后使用本服务。
您使用本服务，即表示您符合上述条件。

第五条 课程预约
用户可以通过平台预约课程。
课程时间以教师实际开放时间为准。
因教师安排、节假日或平台运营需要，我们有权对课程安排进行合理调整。
请您按照预约时间准时参加课程。
如多次无故缺席课程，平台有权限制预约功能或采取其他合理管理措施。
第六条 新人体验课
符合条件的新用户可通过 Apple App Store 提供的 In-App Purchase（IAP）购买新人体验课。
体验课的价格、适用范围及活动内容可能因国家、地区或运营活动有所调整。
韩知韩语有权根据实际运营情况调整或终止相关活动。
第七条 Apple App 内购买（IAP）
部分商品或服务通过 Apple In-App Purchase（IAP）完成购买。
所有支付、扣款、退款及订单管理均按照 Apple 的相关政策执行。
韩知韩语不会保存您的银行卡或其他支付信息。
第八条 用户行为规范
您在使用本服务时，不得从事包括但不限于以下行为：
违反法律法规；
提供虚假信息；
与他人共享账号；
干扰平台正常运行；
上传病毒或恶意程序；
对教师、工作人员或其他用户实施侮辱、骚扰、威胁或歧视行为；
未经授权访问平台系统；
未经许可将本服务用于商业用途；
其他损害平台、教师或其他用户合法权益的行为。
第九条 课堂行为规范
为了共同维护良好的学习环境，用户应当：
尊重教师及工作人员；
按时参加课程；
保持文明交流；
遵守课堂秩序；
配合教师合理开展教学活动。
对于严重违反课堂纪律或影响他人学习的用户，平台有权暂停或终止相关服务。
第十条 课程录制与知识产权
未经韩知韩语及课程参与方事先书面同意，任何用户不得录音、录像、直播、传播或公开分享课程内容。
平台中的课程、教材、视频、图片、文字、词典内容、软件程序及其他资料均受知识产权法律保护。
未经书面授权，任何单位或个人不得复制、转载、修改、传播或用于商业用途。
第十一条 服务的中断与调整
我们将尽合理努力保障服务稳定运行。
但由于以下原因，服务可能出现暂时中断、延迟或调整：
系统维护；
网络故障；
第三方服务异常；
技术升级；
不可抗力事件。
对于因此造成的不便，我们将尽力及时恢复服务。
第十二条 账号暂停或终止
如用户存在以下情形，我们有权暂停或终止账号：
违反本协议；
从事违法行为；
恶意影响平台安全；
欺诈行为；
严重骚扰教师或工作人员；
其他影响平台正常运营的行为。
在必要情况下，我们可以不经事先通知采取上述措施。
第十三条 免责声明
本服务按照”现状”及”可提供”的原则提供。
在法律允许范围内，韩知韩语不保证服务始终连续、不中断或完全无错误。
语言学习效果受学习时间、个人能力、学习习惯等多种因素影响。
我们不保证用户能够达到特定语言水平、考试成绩、就业结果或签证申请结果。
第十四条 责任限制
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，韩知韩语对于因使用本服务所产生的任何间接损失、特殊损失、附带损失或后果性损失，不承担责任。
法律规定不得免除的责任除外。
第十五条 服务变更
我们可能根据产品发展需要，对本服务进行升级、调整、新增、暂停或终止部分功能。
如相关变更对用户权益产生重大影响，我们将在合理情况下提前通知用户。
用户继续使用本服务，即视为接受更新后的服务内容。
第十六条 协议修改

第十七条 准据法与争议解决
本协议的订立、履行、解释及争议解决均适用大韩民国（韩国）法律。
因本协议引起或与本协议有关的争议，应首先通过友好协商解决；协商不成的，在适用法律允许的范围内，提交韩国具有管辖权的法院处理。

제10조 수업 녹화 및 지식재산권
회사와 모든 수업 참여자의 사전 서면 동의 없이 수업을 녹음, 녹화, 복제, 배포 또는 공개하여서는 안 됩니다.
서비스 내의 모든 콘텐츠(강의, 영상, 교재, 이미지, 사전 콘텐츠, 소프트웨어 등)에 관한 지식재산권은 회사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다.
회사의 사전 서면 동의 없이 이를 복제, 수정, 배포하거나 상업적으로 이용할 수 없습니다.
제11조 서비스의 변경 및 중단

제13조 면책조항

한국어 학습의 성과는 이용자의 학습 시간, 노력, 참여도 및 개인별 상황에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.
